myofascial release

Fascia Release Bodywork is a gentle yet effective therapy for easing pain, tension, injury and reduced mobility. It can also support the nervous system and release patterns of stress held in the body.

What is fascia?

Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds and connects every part of the body, from muscles and bones to organs and nerves. When restricted, it can contribute to tension, discomfort, poor posture and reduced ease of movement.

How does myofascial release work?

This is a slow, intuitive approach that gives the body time and space to respond rather than forcing change. Gentle, sustained pressure is applied directly to the skin, allowing areas of restriction to soften and release in their own time.

What can it help with?

Fascia Release Bodywork can help with:

  • Aches, tension and stiffness

  • Posture and freedom of movement

  • Recovery from injury and physical strain

  • Stress, anxiety and an overwhelmed nervous system
