While inspired by many different bodywork modalities and meditation traditions, Hannah’s main bodywork influence has been the study and understanding of fascia, the connective tissue that weaves throughout the whole body. Her approach is continually informed by the work of her teacher Emma Gilmore, along with other leading voices in fascia research.

Hannah’s journey into health and wellbeing began while at university, where she taught exercise classes part-time. Over the years this developed into a love of hands-on bodywork and healing arts. A deep love of meditation led her to live and work as a coordinator at both Chithurst Monastery and Gaia House Meditation Retreat Centre. This grounding in presence and awareness is at the heart of her bodywork today. Hannah’s wish to better support those struggling with physical pain led her to fascia release bodywork. What she witnessed is that a lighter, more informed touch supported the body to heal at a deeper level.

For the past decade, Hannah has been offering treatments at festivals and in private practice, bringing a calm and attentive presence to her work. When not working with clients, she can often be found out on Dartmoor, in the company of the ponies and open skies.
